Hacienda San Isidro Hotel Boutique

Hace unos días un grupo de amigas y yo nos vimos en la necesidad de resguardarnos debido a ataques armados y bloqueos en las carreteras, fue así que llegamos a este hotel y he de agradecer infinitamente por ello. A pesar del ambiente de tensión que se vivía en la población, desde el primer momento en recepción buscaron la manera de ayudarnos e hicieron lo posible por que nuestra experiencia fuera lo más agradable y cómoda. La hacienda es preciosa, se vive una paz y tranquilidad en los jardines y aunque no pudimos disfrutar de la alberca el agua se veía limpia y al tocarla parecía que tuviera calefacción. Nos tocó conocer a uno de los dueños que al igual que a nosotras la situación lo obligó a resguardarse ahí y nos mantuvo atentas y encantadas al contarnos la historia del lugar y de su familia. Incluso agradecemos que al anochecer salieran a conseguirnos de cenar porque la mayoría de los huéspedes llegamos buscando refugio solo con lo puesto y sin comida para pasar la noche. Creo que lo más importante es agradecer y reconocer que ante esta situación fuimos a parar a un lugar maravilloso, muy seguro, limpio, con hermosos jardines y con un equipo de personas que nos hicieron el paso del tiempo más llevadero.

Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. They mailed me an item I forgot in the room free of charge. Great customer service!

Very beautiful property, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast included. Secure onsite parking. We had some trouble finding the place. Google directed us to the backs of some buildings that didn't look like it could be a hotel, but we parked and proceeded on foot into the plaza. We were still very confused at this point as nothing looked even familiar from the photos of the property on the booking website. Eventually we found the entrance in the left back corner of the plaza If you speak Spanish, you could get google to direct you to Estacionamiento Hacienda San Isidro Hotel and once at the gate phone the front desk to open the gate to drive into the parking lot

Es un lugar cómodo, tranquilo y limpio. Lo único que valdría la pena mencionar con el afán de mejorar son las habitaciones, una de las lámparas de buró no servía (el interruptor estaba roto) y sería recomendable contar con interfón. Se observa un poco el avandono de algunas partes del jardín. Debe haber tenido tiempos mejores cuando no existía la competencia cercana que ahora existe.

Hace falta más servicio en el restaurante. Unos mini bar en las habitaciones estaría genial. Y mejor atención fue mi hermana que tiene diabetes y con unas caras horribles le dijeron que si guardiarian su insulina,. La de recepción más atención debería ser más amable y empatica

If you are not local, you need to know that this a remote location, there are no ubers, rideshare or taxis. We got scammed by the yellow/white taxi that are outside the airport (people flagging you if you want a taxi). Don't use those rides, we were quoted one price and after being dropped off, we're charged $25 more. We were paying by card and no signal at the location where the hotel is. Other than the location which is 45 min from the airport, the location is nice. Small town vibe. Property could use some TLC as its starting to show wear. Staff was nice and kitchen staff for the free breakfast was super friendly and accommodating. They do not have a restaurant so bring cash (pesos) if you need to grab food from local spots in the town, like street vendors.

Muy agradable. La decoración está hermosa, estilo rustico. El personal del hotel, todos muy amables.

My family and I came to stay in the hotel for a wedding, and the customer service was great. The hotel really is a historical site on its own, and the staff prepare breakfast as if you're a guest staying in their home. The hotel is secluded from the rest of the plaza, located in a little corner, doors closed at 10pm and the staff was always accessible.
